Micro Cellular Polyurethane (I/Skin) is characterized by a continuous,
durable, flexible, tear-resistent outer skin. The skin is formed
during the moulded process and protects a micro cellular foam core
which is adjustable for varying degrees of hardness of softness.
Attractive attributes of I/Skin include wide part design parameters,
colour matching, in-mould etch texturing or graphics, insert encapsulation
and serviceability over temperature ranges.
I/Skin's extraordinary soft-touch feel in combination with it's
inherent toughness, make it the material of choice for many applications
involving human touch, such as; handles and grab-bars of every kind,
steering wheels, armrests, headrests, seats, gearshift knobs, toys,
decorative trim and furniture components.
Flammability: PASS Cal 117-A; PASS MVSS-302. All CFS ISKIN is
